DAVENPORTS MILL
Davenports Mill is based on Lowry’s style of painting, using only the three main colours that Lowry used in all his paintings: vermilion, Prussian blue and yellow ochre plus, of course, black and white. The title came from my ancestors who were mill owners in Wigston near Leicester.
